Abstract
The elderly has changes in physical and psychological decline, so the elderly need support to maintain their health. Sleep disorders are a collection of health problems experienced by the elderly. Sleep disorders that occur in the elderly one of which is insomnia. Many elderly people can manage sleep disorders (Insomnia) without drugs, namely by modality therapy, such as laugh therapy and progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of laughter therapy with progressive muscle relaxation therapy to decrease insomnia in the elderly community at the St. Yoseph Kediri Nursing Home. This research design is Quasy experimental research design through a two group pretest and posttest design approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 28 respondents, and then divided into 2 groups who will get laughter therapy or progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This study measures Insomnia with the ISI (Insomnia Severity Index) questionnaire. Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Statistical test results in the group with laughing therapy interventions p=0.002 and z score=3.025 while in the group with progressive muscle relaxation therapy interventions p = 0.004 and z score=2.850 which means there is the effect of laughter therapy and progressive muscle relaxation therapy against insomnia in elderly. The laughter therapy intervention gave a more that is evidenced by the reduction Insomnia scale on 11 people in this group, whereas in the group with progressive muscle relaxation therapy can reduce insomnia scale on 10 people.

Abstract
Myrmecodia pendans (MP) is an epiphytic plant which is popular in Papua Indonesia. Local people called it sarang semut (ant-nest) and use MP extract as traditional medicines by boiling it in the water and drink it to treat several diseases such as ascaris, cold, hemorrhoids, and cancer. Some studies showed that MP showed inhibiting the growth of ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV-3), Hela dan MCM-B2 cells; antibacterial agents against Enterobacter faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Dried Papuan MP had characteristic as follows: moisture content of 16.2%; total phenol of 35.7 mg GAE/g; antioxidant activity of 30.6% and tannins content of 31.3 mg TAE/g. Ethanolic extract of MP contained total phenol of 107.0 mg GAE/g, antioxidant activity of 70.2% and tannins of 54.3 mg TAE/g. Condensed tannins identified by LC-MS/MS in MP ethanolic extract were procyanidin A, procyanidin B and procyanidin C. Tannins were known as antibacterial agents. The content of bioactive compounds in MP extract including tannins has potential as nutraceutical sources for immunomudulatory agents. Studies of the role of MP extract in triggering immune system to prevent and/or treat animal experimental infected with E coli were necessary to be done.

Previously, women contraception are most popular rather than contraception methods for men but for now, this participation for men acceptor is increasing since there are contraception counselor named PLKB accompanied the local community. This research presenting on how health promotion running well for men acceptor through PLKB counseling and what is the men perception about their active participation into KB Programs. Research was conducted based on qualitative methods using area sampling for 15 men in Batu City, East Java. Applying Deconstruction theory from Jacques Derrida, research found that 1) there were still a stereotype that contraception only used mostly for women; 2) Counseling from PLKB are proven for upgrading men perception for their health issues and decided to get involved on KB Program by choosing MOP; 3) Men perception are being improved through MOP methods in contraception, and they tried to enlarge this knowledge by spreading this health promotion to others in Batu City using social media.

Abstract
Aging is a natural process that can not be avoide and running continuously. The Elderly experience a decrease in the musculoskeletal system. Changes in the musculoskeletal system are characterized by pain and stiffness in one or more joints. Pain management does not always have to use drugs, but there are some nursing measures that can be given to relieve pain such as TROP (Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy) and can also provide cutaneous stimulation in the form of warm compress. The research design used was Pre Experiment pre-post test design. The study population was elderly who experienced joint pain. The samples were 36 respondents, which were divided into two intervention groups and used purposive sampling technique. Data collected by using Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed ranks test with α = 0.05. The results showed that warm compress intervention group and TROP p = 0.000, which shows that both interventions affected joint pain reduction. Statistical test results also show that the TROP intervention is more effective in reducing pain, this is evidenced from the TROP Z value < warm compresses Z value and 18 respondents in the warm compress intervention group experienced a decrease in pain scale on average 1.45 and in the TROP intervention group decrease in pain scale on average 1.61. The conclusion of this study is TROP and warm compresses can be used to reduce joint pain scale in the elderly, although statistically shows that TROP intervention is more effective in reducing pain.
